Idaho faces confusion over a four year plan to equalize property values and limit tax revenue to 1965 levels. In 1966 new valuation increases produced 31 974 85 dollars, with 55.24 percent allocated to the mosquito abatement district 17 662 57 dollars and the remainder to county school and city funds from new assessments.
