Patience Clark Payne of St Charles Idaho files a water right claim for 12.96 cfs from Little Fork of St Charles Creek with diversion in Bear Lake County for irrigation April 15 to October 15 and priority May 20 1887. A second claim by State Reclamation Engineer KEITH HIGGINSON lists Canyon Creek Bear Lake County with irrigation May 15 to September 30 and domestic use year round, priority May 18 1884.
Bertha A Peterson by Oren Peterson of St Charles Idaho filed a claim to a water right for 300 cubic feet per second from the North Fork of St Charles Creek with a diversion point in Sec 7 T158 R44E BM Bear Lake County for irrigation from March 30 to July 1 and livestock watering from September 30 with priority 1804 for 30 cfs. place of use is NE1/4 NE1/4 Sec 1 T45S R43E BM Bear Lake County. R KEITH HIGGINSON State Reclamation Engineer reports the filing with the Department of Reclamation.
No 11 4010 Ben Bateman of Bloomington Idaho files a claim to a water right by diversion and application to beneficial use of 3000 cubic feet per second. The point of diversion lies NW 10 percent NW percent section 7 township 15 south range 44 east. Use includes irrigation from March 30 to October 1 and livestock water year round with priority date March 30 1884 3 000 cfs. Place of use includes portions of sections 4 1 NW 4 NSW 3a Wis Rd BAL. Publication noted in the Paris and January 18 1688.
Ray Bateman of Bloomington Idaho submits a claim to a historic water right by diversion and application for beneficial use of all creek water from Big North Point of diversion in the NW% NW% section 7 township 15 south range 44 48. The place of use includes sections 6 and 7 in township 15 south range 44 west or Boise meridian. The claim covers livestock watering from January 1 to December 31 with a priority from 1894 and notes exceptions with the Department of Reclamation.
J Hulme Dunford of Bloomington Idaho filed a claim to establish beneficial use of 20 cubic feet per second from 1500 acre feet of water from the Big Fork of St. Charles Creek. The point of diversion is the NW%NWX.
Newell Beck Passey of George town Idaho files a claim to a water right established by diversion and application to beneficial use of 0.110 cubic feet per second of water from Wiill.
