Stanton Wallentine, 30, son of Mr and Mrs Thomas Wallentine of Dingle, died Monday after an appendicitis operation. Survived by a wife and three children the oldest five. A service will be held at the Ward Chapel in Dingle Sunday at 12 o clock.
Bear Lake Cattle and Horse Association held its annual meeting at the courthouse last Friday afternoon. James A. Olsen of Ovid was elected director succeeding Ernest Howell of Fish Haven. other directors on the advisory board include John Hulme, Wm. B. Stucki, Landon Pugmire, and Sam Austin. The board will meet soon to elect officers.
Clarence Cook and N J Hodges visited Laketown to finalize a site for a federal fish hatchery. Deeds and abstracts pending, construction will begin with enough rearing ponds ready by spring to house over one million fry. Local officials express broad support for the project.
Bill Fenn aims an emergency Congressional measure allowing free transport of sheep to Florida in a harsh winter. Sheep owners would travel with their flocks only if accompanied by wives. otherwise they must stay home. Kemmerer Gazette reports.

Refreshments will be served, admission 15 cents or two tickets for 25 cents.
