Vivian Irene Pugmire Minor wife of Henry Charles Minor died Friday after a heart attack at Bear Lake Memorial Hospital. Born June 7 1897 in St Charles Idaho to Heber and Lucy Merkley Pugmire. Survivors include husband two sons Cloyd in St Charles and Robert in Pocatello one daughter Peggy Eden of Pocatello eight grandchildren one brother Leland Pugmire of Pomona California and a niece raised after a sister's death. A former nurse she aided many in illness and trouble.

Raymond W. Smith 82 was assigned to the U S Army Artic Test Board at Fort Greely Alaska as a vehicle mechanic. He enlisted in 1945 and was last stationed at Fort Sill Oklahoma. He holds the Bronze Star Medal and attended Georgetown Idaho High School. His father Lewis L. Smith lives at 148 Ninth South St.
