Public and Institutional Property Insurance Plan outlined
The Idaho Surveying and Rating Bureau filed a new Public and Institutional Property Plan with the State Insurance Department. It offers lower fire insurance premiums for qualifying schools cities and private institutions with a $1000 minimum annual premium and quarterly safety inspections. The plan adds broader coverages and replacement cost options but requires specific risk analysis after January 1 1961.
