The Bear Lake County Idaho Board grants Pacific Northwest Pipeline Corporation authority to locate construct operate maintain and finally remove a natural gas pipeline across roads highways and public grounds for fifty years within Bear Lake County Idaho subject to county engineer supervision and road restoration requirements. The order requires burial depth of twenty four inches and maintains travel safety. maps and advance notices may be provided as needed.
