Bear Lake County Proceedings Reflect Tax Certificate Forfeit
The Bear Lake County Commission convened with adjournments due to lack of quorum, then reconvened in regular session on April 9 11 and 12 1912. They ordered refunds for Tax Sale Certificate No 1 to Mr Samson and set up warrants, approved quarterly reports, and approved a 8000 Bear Lake County Fair fund. They appointed precinct registrars for 1912 elections and defined boundaries for St Charles and Pegram precincts, approving road overseer reports and salary schedules for 1913 and 1914.
