Senator Oscar Butts spent the weekend at home as the Indiana Legislature adjourned Friday. Senator Csearl Atzts of Paoli won the presidency pro tempore of the Senate and John F. Carl Thompson has resigned as County Agent for Dubois County and will return to manage his mother and aunt’s farm. His family will soon occupy a handsome bungalow west of town near Paoli. Governor McCray currently oversees the transition.
