State official announces Wilson of Panguitch Utah has filed for a water right to appropri ate one and one half second feet from a stream in Garfield County. The project diverts water 1,614 feet east and 198 feet north of the southwest corner of section 14, township 36 south range 5 west, for irrigation on 180 acres in sections 1 and 18. Publication begins October 29 1914 with completion November 1. objections must be filed in duplicate with $2 fee within 30 days after publication.
