The Friends of Mr All Hartley bought him a new horse following the death of a prior animal. A note mentions the name Alice Ipson and a pair of small scissors branded A.
Lands within Powell National Forest Utah listed for settlement and entry under homestead laws with preemption rights for settlers who claimed before 1906. Describes multiple tracts by section township range and area, with applicant names and list numbers, to be opened April 5 1916 at Salt Lake City land office.

The plan details diversion points and ditch lengths with seasonal use from April 1 to November 15 and ongoing domestic use year round. Protests with affidavit and $2.50 fee must be filed within 30 days after publication.
