Lake Worth to Save Interest on Bonds

Federal Judge John W. Holland approved a debt adjustment plan under the municipal bankruptcy act saving Lake Worth $1,140,494.03 in interest. Interest accruing before November 1, 1936, was waived by the bondholders committee on condition the city does not default in its refunding plan. Refinancing $3,983,554 in outstanding bond principal is ordered within 30 days.

Lynn Haven grade schools will open Monday September 11 with the same teachers except two away at other duties. Mail at the Lynn Haven post office arrives at 7 30 a.m. and 1 46 p.m. Departures are 7 30 a.m. and 7 30 p.m. New teacher employed named Mails Arrive and Depart.
