Wilson indicted for murder in LeFors case
Charles alias Little Chuck Wilson and his wife Billie Wilson are held in the county jail after a grand jury indicted Wilson for the murder of Bert Tayfor of Phillips Petroleum. The incident followed a hijacking on a road near LeFors as Tayfor and Billie Wilson left a dance. Wilson faces trial within three weeks. Mrs Wilson was not indicted. The dead man was a 45 year old carpenter doreman.

Trio of Bank Robbers to Die in Colorado Execution
A triple execution was prepared at the state penitentiary for the three men Claude Ray Joh Walker and Andrew Halliday who robbed the Manter Kansas bank and fled into Colorado. They were implicated in the March killing of undersheriff Corala Hickman near Eads Colorado during the pursuit. Sheriff Dun tan Coe of Cheyenne Wells was wounded and others injured. The gang took 4000 dollars and were captured near Jetmore Kansas within two hours of the robbery.
