US ANGELES with William O Hart an eastern born wild west movie actor of a quarter century ago died late last night of a infirmity. The non faced hero of many a movie gun battle died peacefully in a hospital. His physician Dr H D Van Fleet said death came without a struggle as though asleep. Hart's age listed 3 by hospital records and 75 by film press agents. At the bedside was his son William S Hart Jr 24 appointed co guardian with George Frost of the actor's person after he charged improper care and incapacity. Frost a long time friend was named Safe guardian of Hart's estate nearly a million dollars. Young Hart's mother Winfred Westover divorced twenty years ago had stayed by his side during illness but not present at death. Hart suffered a stroke last May. Funeral services have not been arranged.
