Mrs Baird of Clarendon Dies in Pampa Home
Mrs Mittie Fleming Baird 62 of Clarendon died after illness at a Pampa home where she was a guest during the pre centennial celebration. Born 1872 in Hamptonville North Carolina she moved to the Panhandle in 1887 and to Clarendon in 1916. She married J B Baird in 1894 and had three daughters Irene Beville Selah Mrs Dick Walker Beulah Sims. Burial in Clarendon Citizens Cemetery.
