Dallas June 16 Two men arrested identified as the pair who slugged and robbed Frank Evans, store keeper at Lewisville, Denlan county. A woman arrested with the men is held for questioning. He burned bloody clothing worn by the men. Former Legislator Dies in Bryan at 62 W. E. Neeley, county attorney, died after eight years of illness. He served Grimes and DeWitt counties and was a former member of the Texas House. He is survived by his widow and three daughters.

Many Vagrants Arrested Here
A score of persons charged with vagrancy were arrested by corny and city officers during the week end. The round-up grew out of burglaries committed last week. Some arrestees are held for investigation while others were questioned and freed. Plane Strikes Car Kills Three In Suburban Crash
