Warehouse Theft Reported by Local Resident
L A Barber reports his warehouse at 201 Osage entered since April 1 and multiple items stolen valued at 60 dollars. Missing items include one lawn mower two six volt batteries two 15 inch tires and a six volt battery charger. The lawn mower was found in a nearby yard.

In Yuba City California investigators used infrared aerial photography to locate graves as Juan V Corona pleaded innocent to charges in a door arraignment. The sheriff said the camera, donated by a San Francisco firm, can detect soil disturbances by temperature variations. Deputies planned to dig two irrigation sites as water receded. Corona, 37, is charged with murdering 10 victims. a preliminary hearing is set for June 16.
