On Sunday morning at 8 o clock Miss Mattie Carter and Mr D J Davis were united in marriage by Rev W J King at the bride's mother's residence Mrs E B Carter. The bride is esteemed for modesty and amiable disposition while Mr Davis is a valued employee of the firm A Stall and a respected young man. The family extends good wishes to the couple.
