A national poll of over 5,000 editors shows 86 percent oppose government operation of business, matching last year’s 83 percent as the railroads issue lingers. States with high opposition include Massachusetts Nevada Connecticut South Carolina Maine West Virginia Kentucky New York Missouri and Pennsylvania.
