Reports from Pennsylvania flood disasters detail subscriptions reaching ten thousand dollars and donated food and clothing from New York merchants. Other items cover ship log findings, demographics, fires in Jacksonville and Biloxi, and public notices on politics, diplomacy, and transport incidents across nations.

Firefighters from nearby towns aided as residents faced privation and displacement.
