In accordance with The Arrears of Taxes Act the Rural Municipality of Enniskillen No 3 gives notice that unless tax arrears and costs are paid, lands in Enniskillen will be offered for sale by legal auction in Oxbow, Saskatchewan, on a specified date in 1917 at a stated hour.
The Supreme court at Estevan last week acquitted Mr. S A Goldston of the missing funds charge. Mr J D Murphy served as his counsel. The report notes the CPR painting project in town and mentions a service at Boscarvis after noon for Rev Mr Davis.
The Brotherhood resumes a popular series with a meeting set for Tuesday night in October. Officers will discuss plans for the coming year and men of the district are invited. Meeting starts promptly at 8 p m.
