The jury returned a verdict of murder in the second degree against Frank Williams a colored miner of Keb in the Wil lias murder case. The court set sentence for the following morning. Slater, also a miner from Keb, was killed on the evening of December 16 1902 with the jury retiring last Wednesday evening.
