Beaver Becomes Beavington? Otterbein Bride Weds Indianapolis Groom
Miss Frances Myrtle Timmons of Otterbein and Mr. Norman Franklin Beaver of Indianapolis wed at Ira Timmons home last Thursday afternoon in a small ceremony led by Rev. A W Smith. Timmons is an local school instructress, Beaver works for Nordyke Marmon Mfg Co in Indianapolis. The couple left Thursday night for their new home in the capital.

A Daring Robbery Near Lafayette Involving an Auto
George Hann traveled from Indianapolis to obtain an Overland car for Oxford agents and, returning home, was stopped near a bridge east of Lafayette by five highwaymen who boarded the running boards and robbed him of his watch chain and $35. He reported the loss to Lafayette police but the attackers were not found.

Narrow Escape on Main Street In Front Of Train
Frazier drove north on Main Street with Baker and his son in search of work. Their car stalled onto the Lake Erie No 2 track at 4 38 and was struck by the engine. The auto detached from the pilot and toppled onto the station platform, breaking a wheel. All escaped serious harm and credited the passenger train not being a faster service.
