Elmer Russell Marvin Gooden and Raymon Pierce aid Rhodes in his garage Ellis this week. Gooden buys a new Ford. John Allen’s son is ill. Nelle Foster visits Mrs. Hale. Christian church ladies will serve dinner at George Inman’s sale Friday. Roscoe Inman returns Monday from Kentucky relatives.
Sunday school attendance at the United Brethren church reached 129, the highest yet. The note urges 200 members by April 13, 1913, asking continued presence and effort, with preaching at 7 15 Sunday evening and appeal directed especially to young converts.
ARMSTRONG items list several visiting families including A W Gephart and Frank Mann with their kin at Charles Gephart. Mr and Mrs Guy Blind with Chas Sawyer. Mrs Peter Arvidson with Mrs Charles Schwamberger. Frank Moore with Tom Bowyer. Jessie and Luella Myers with George Mann. Sawyer couple attended a relative funeral at Kankakee last Wednesday. Walter Whistler and spouse visiting Ray Davis and wife this week.
Mr and Mrs Jas Klemme visited in Lafayette Saturday. Mrs Clavice E Lord has grippe and is improving. Mrs Gottlobe Pfeifer visited Tuesday afternoon with Mrs Fred Bentler. Charles Bentler plans to move to his farm near Octagon. He and family will be missed. Mrs Thos Barnes of Fowler visited with her brother C E Lord and family. Miss Emma Alvey teacher at Switzer school visited Saturday in Indianapolis. Several from the neighborhood attended the Adwell sale Tuesday.

W N Dorn pastor announces Sunday School and preaching times at Otterbein and Armstrong. He invites members and United Brethren revival converts to join, with sermons planned for next week if interest continues. Rev A W Wood, district superintendent, will preach at Armstrong next Sabbath morning.
