Ottawa health care shines in Franklin County boom

In a reflective column, the Ottawa Herald writer notes robust local health care growth with new doctors at RMH and remodeled centers. The piece highlights Gollier Wellness Center's dedication, RMH expansion, and leadership changes at O/FCED led by Dr Kenneth Frank. It also weighs future funding, marketing, and regional competition from Lawrence Memorial and St Luke's tied hospitals. The author calls for cautious optimism and a Sunday open house.
