The Franklin County Kansas sheriff announces a public sale of four tracts of land in Ottawa to satisfy a partition decree. Tract A covers North 1/2 of Southwest 1/4 Section 10, with cemetery use. Tract B is South 1/2 of Southwest 1/4 Range 21. Tract C is North 1/2 of Northwest 1/4 Section 15. Tract D is South 1/2 of Northwest 1/4 and combined with others as one tract. Sale set for Friday November 1, 1968 at 2:00 p.m. at the west front door of the Franklin County Courthouse. Attys for plaintiff listed. The Pomona Youth Center held its annual meeting at the Pomona Methodist Church at 7 p.m. Tuesday with Rev. Clarence Harder delivering the invocation. Neal Baxter served as master of ceremonies as students from the Pomona Schools provided music including a clarinet trio and a trumpet duo. Newly-elected officers are Dorothy Fisher president, Leonard Humphrey vice president, Maxine Reed secretary, and David Stoneking treasurer, with an advisory board featuring Wilma Huderson Bill Meier Clarence Ward Beth Stankard W.
