Wichita State reverts to old logo after public backlash

Wichita State University announced it will drop the newly unveiled logo after outside feedback. Athletics director Jim Schaus said the department will pursue a different wheat logo direction. The school paid Phoenix Design Works $17,000 for the redesign featuring bold stylized wheat stalks.
