El Jacal Restaurant at 402 S Main will reopen next month under new ownership with Mary Pruitt as owner and Mark Pacheco as executive chef. The eatery will feature local grain-fed beef from Mark Weigand Ranch, handmade Mexican furnishings, local murals, family style meals, and catering for rehearsals and corporate events.
