Ottawa High girls claim team title with 39 points at Bonner Springs Invitational led by sophomore Michelle Murphy who won the individual crown in 13 05. Stacy Skiles finished third as the team secured its second straight championship while the Cyclone boys earned second place behind Aquinas. Richard M. Godlove former Washburn football and track coach and 12 year athletic director dies at 80 in Topeka hospital. He coached Washburn football 1945 1958 track director 1958 1970 also led Eureka Leavenworth Ottawa programs including seven straight conference titles at Ottawa. Services set for 11 a.m. Friday at Penwell Gabel Funeral Home Topeka.
