Food Shorts: Making the most of your grocery dollars
Inflation era shoppers are urged to read labels and choose value. Whole milk must meet 3.25 percent milkfat and 8 percent nonfat solids, while 2-10 milk lowers fat to 2 percent and increases nonfat solids. Consider mixing greens, spinach, kale, and cabbage for fresh, affordable salads with bright color and vitamins.
