Ol' Marais River Run Car Show Celebrates Ottawa Heritage
Ottawa hosts the Ol' Marais River Run weekend with hundreds watching classic cars cruise Main Street and park shaded Forest Park venues. Founders like Ralph Finch note a 1955 vibe while attendees cite meeting old friends and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere as the event grows drawing cars from Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska and beyond. Credit to organizers for the park setting and shade, contrasting with hotter, asphalt venues.
