Ottawa Recreation Commission supervisor James Boyd launches empowerME4Life a free eight session program starting Oct 5 to promote active living nutrition and sleep habits. Participants log fruits and vegetables and learn snack ideas while avoiding excessive TV time. Registration online or at Don Woodward Community Center.
