Franklin County District Magistrate Edwin Smith refused to reduce 25000 bonds for Corey Alan Tucker 19 and Jeremy Lawrence McGee 18 on felony burglary and theft charges after their first court appearance with lawyers. Deputy County Attorney Meier warned more charges possible as co defendants and a fourth suspect Jeremie Dale King attended proceedings. Farrar 17 remains in juvenile detention after a hearing.

Armed robber gets prison sentence

Teen bound over in Ottawa burglary case

Jonathan Joseph Ingram, 18, Williamsburg, bound over for arraignment on a felony burglary charge for allegedly stealing a Sony PlayStation and games from an Ottawa home on June 16. A felony theft charge was dismissed after a witness testified the items were worth under $500. Aft er the burglary report, Ingram tried to sell the Sega at Game World.
