Survived by six children 16 grandchildren eight great great grandchildren two sons and four daughters. Cremated with burial in Lane Cemetery. Memorials to Ellen Whitaker Scholarship Fund at Osawatomie High School.

Survived by Emma J Yoder wife, four sons Jerry Jay Perry Merle, three daughters Fern Lorene Irene, six brothers nine sisters 31 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
