Library Line seeks help with longathon family history notes
Last week the library began printing queries from offsite family historians now up to date. Readers with information are asked to correspond directly. Many researchers are at dead ends and hope for assistance, listing names and locations across Illinois, Arizona, Texas, Washington, Kansas, Missouri, New Jersey, and Indiana with dates from 1800 to the 1990s and multiple Ottawa area connections.

Aaron Dalton, 19, an art major at Emporia State University, became the theater’s millionth customer at Sandstone Amphitheater after his girlfriend entered first for a Santana concert on August 21. He chose a $17,000 cash prize over a 1995 Chevrolet Camaro when taxes and insurance were considered. Julia Rodriguez accompanied him.
