USAir Flight 427 Crash Kills Many in Wreck

Gage & Tucker reaches a full and final settlement with KPERS over claims arising from investments arranged by Reimer & Roger Associates Inc. of Merriam. The firm denies wrongdoing and says insurance will cover 10 million dollars, a decision made for business reasons. John Eckels says the firm would have prevailed in the lawsuits.
