Local Telethon Nets Haul For MDA At Indian Lanes
Ottawa and Franklin County raised about eight thousand dollars for the Muscular Dystrophy Association during Labor Day Telethon weekend at Indian Lanes. The event featured a bowl-a-thon with 38 bowlers, pledge center activities, a battle of the press between Ottawa Times and Herald, and various raffles and donations.
