Franklin Savings opens expanded Ottawa HQ with Open House
Franklin Savings Association invites neighbors to an Open House September 8 9 and 10 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 700 S Main. Ribbon cutting at 10 30 a.m. with mayor city officials and staff in colonial attire. Free coffee tea cookies and prizes include two $100 bill drawings and a coins estimate contest for youths.
