Ottawa High Taps Forty Five For Driver Education Car
Forty five Ottawa high school students this week began the new Driver Education program using a bright red Plymouth Plaza sedan with dual controls. H. K. Stevens, “The Great,” oversees the course, guiding classroom instruction and hands on driving. The schedule covers familiarization to parallel parking, with emphasis on sportsmanlike behavior behind the wheel. Also reviewed are recent car models including a Star Chief Catalina with Strato-Flight transmission and an 870 four door hardtop, both praised for comfort, power, and style. Turkeys may be hunted with bow in Arizona, requiring a 40‑pound pull and seven-eighths inch broadhead.
