Ottawa Lady Braves rally past Tabor in ECAC chase
Yuleika Jimenez and Kenna Hall combined for 40 of Ottawa's 59 kills as the Lady Braves held off Tabor College 25-21 23-25 24-26 25-23 15-10 at Wilson Field House. Ottawa moves within a half game of KCAC leader Kansas Wesleyan with three regular-season matches left, and stays 9-0 at home this season. Hall had four late kills in the fifth, Jimenez finished with 22 kills, and Adriana Skipper posted 53 assists and 16 digs in the narrow win. The team next plays Bethel and Bethany to close the season.

Sophomore Jenna Kramer Earns ECAC Preseason Honor
Ottawa University guard Jenna Kramer, a sophomore from Winchester Kansas, is named to the 2017 18 ECAC Women's Basketball Preseason Team. She averaged 9.3 points 3.3 rebounds and two assists per game in her first season starting 31 games while shooting 35.4 percent from the floor 34.3 percent from three and 78.2 percent at the line. The Braves host Haskell Tuesday at Wilson Field House to open the season.
