Local men sentenced in Franklin County District Court
In Franklin County District Court on Friday Michael H. Shuster 32 received sentences of one to five years on two counts of terroristic threats. His sentences were suspended to four years probation with later release to Johnson County authorities and a pending detainer from Wyandotte County. James A. Bradshaw 33 was sentenced to four to fifteen years for aggravated battery and attempted enticement of a child, to run consecutively. He awaits transfer to the Kansas Department of Corrections after a domestic disturbance at his rural Rantoul home earlier this year.
