Netscape failed to turn over all requested documents in the antitrust suit, including a letter by Netscape outside attorney Gary Reback to the Justice Department that could aid Microsoft. The letter, dated after a June 21 1995 meeting, did not mention the alleged Microsoft offer, and sanctions are sought. CEO James Barksdale testified under cross-examination as the trial enters its second week.
