Bed Board Enlarge Table Idea For Holiday Guests
Dear Heloise suggests using a 4 by 8 foot plywood sheet atop a table with a cloth between to create extra dining space. A 108 inch bed sheet serves as a makeshift cloth, and the plywood can be stored flat to avoid warping and last a lifetime. Also mentions using bed boards under a mattress, and a highchair placemat drawing trick for toddlers at meals. Concerns roost height for quiet crowing and venting condensation by loosening windows in dry or windy conditions.
