European Buffet Foods II Class Entertains At Ottawa High
Ottawa High School offered Foods II this year with a focus on European cookery. Mrs. Donald Hay and 22 junior and senior girls planned three more after school buffets, featuring Swiss rosti Czech bublanina French bread Russian kulebiaka German Kartoffel Salat and Italian Risi e Bisi. They provide a detailed I recipe for kulebiaka with salmon or cabbage fillings and steps for pastry, fillings, and assembly. The event was attended by Superintendent Marvin Forker and Mrs. Forker.
