Four Coast Guard cutters joined aircraft in the search for a downed twin engined plane carrying House Democratic Leader Hale Boggs and three others. They headed for the rugged coastal area after signals from an emergency locator beacon were heard late Tuesday night. Weather has been variable, hindering aerial search efforts.

Lend-Lease Debt Settlement at $500 Million Over 30 Years
