Betty Jean Schultz obituary active in Napa and Ottawa

Betty Jean Schultz 76 formerly of Ottawa died Monday in Napa California. Burial will be October 20 at Leavenworth National Cemetery. Born April 20 1927 in Princeton she lived in Ottawa Salina Merced and Napa. She married John Schultz in 1962 and worked for Southwestern Bell. She supported Tele- phone Pioneers of Napa Valley and Special Olympics. Survived by two sisters four nieces seven great nieces and nephews two stepsons three step grandchildren and her companion Larry Neal. Arrangements by Richard Pierce Funeral Service Napa. Contributions to Alzheimer's Society.

Obituary: Joshua Harris 20 Wakarusa area resident dies

Joshua Harris age 20 of Wakarusa died Wednesday October 15. Services are 2 p.m. Monday at Osage City Baptist Temple. He was born March 4, 1983 in Ottawa to Robert Lee Harris Jr and Vonna Rae Blecha Harris. He lived in Osage City Fort Scott and Wakarusa, attended Christian Heights School in Fort Scott and South Knollwood Baptist Church in Topeka. He earned a computer repair technician certificate and pursued a GED. Survived by his mother Vonna Arnold and her husband Larry, his father Robert Harris Jr and wife Christina, a brother and sister Kenneth Rebecca Arnold, four brothers Richard Cameron Dusty and Houston Harris, grandparents and great grandparents listed. Visitation 12 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Carey Funeral Home Burlingame. Burial Osage City Cemetery. Memorials to Joshua Harris Memorial Fund at Commerce Bank.

Penny snatcher at grocery tied to elderly robbery
