Improvements to begin Monday on East 15th Street
Work begins Monday on the East 15th Street bicycle and sidewalk project in Ottawa. Crews will narrow lanes while keeping the street open as sidewalks are built on both sides from Main Street to Rock Creek and bike lanes added to the route toward the bridge.
