Richmond United Methodist rededication week planned

The Richmond United Methodist Community Church announces a week of events October 17 to 21 for a 20 year rededication. Memorials will be on display at the 11 a.m. service October 17, followed by a potluck in Fellowship Hall. The formal rededication at 7:30 p.m. October 21 will feature Bishop Ben Oliphint of Topeka, District Superintendent Leon Hagen, and six former ministers. A reception, nursery, and a brief reminiscence program will accompany the event.

Pharmacology Update Nursing Class Offered Friday

Nurses may pre register for a continuing education pharmacology update by Ron Hiles of Ransom Memorial Hospital. The course offers two contact hours and will be held in two sessions from 12 30 to 2 30 p m and 3 30 to 5 30 p m on Friday. Call the nursing office to pre register.
