Private Eyes On Hollywood Boulevard Not Glamorous
Hollywood private eyes differ from fiction. Russell Jones and Bud Meyerkamp run the Central Bureau of Investigation, 35 years old, now owned by new operators. They perform lie detector tests, employment checks, pilferage investigations, and undercover and civil work with seven full time staff. They avoid guns, rely on citizen arrests, and cite LA traffic as the main danger.
