Ottawa ORC plans center with indoor turf arena and track
Therron Dieckmann, Ottawa Recreation Commission director, envisions a future recreation center used for physical education and indoor sports during bad weather. The ORC, after securing land in August at 15th and Olive, has narrowed architectural options to three firms including Devore Associates Architects with SFS Architecture, Gould Evans, and Warner Nease Best.
