The Wall Street Journal reports Texaco Inc Shell Oil Co and Star Enterprise a Texaco Saudi Aramco joint venture may merge their U S refinery and marketing operations in a deal valued over 10 billion. The plan aims to cut admin costs share environmental research and keep the Texaco and Shell names.
